Meet Henry Tatt
The artist behind Sunset Ink House.
My name is Henry Tatt, tattoo artist, founder, and owner of Sunset Ink House.
For more than 12 years, tattooing has been my way of creating, connecting, and sharing a part of myself with people from all over the world.
I'm 36 years old, passionate about color, illustration, fine line, and the many different ways art can live on the skin. But for me, tattooing has never been only about the final piece. It's about the moment, the connection, the place, and the people sitting across from me.
Before becoming a full-time tattoo artist, I spent around 11 years working as a chef. That chapter of my life introduced me to people from many cultures and taught me something I still carry with me today:

That is the idea behind Sunset Ink House. I created this place as a way to open the doors of my world to people from everywhere.
A private space surrounded by the mountains, nature, and beauty of Guanacaste, where art, travel, food, conversation, and creativity can come together.
Whether you choose a Dawn, Sunset, or Night Experience, my goal is for you to enjoy much more than a tattoo session. Take your time, enjoy the surroundings, share something prepared with love, talk, laugh, create, and simply enjoy being somewhere different.
And when you leave, you don't just take a tattoo with you. You take a memory.
I love meeting new people, discovering new cultures, hearing their stories, and having the freedom to create something beautiful together.
Every person who walks through these doors brings a different energy, a different journey, and a different perspective.
I'm here to turn some of those moments into art.
